Checked in online to a 59 minute wait. Arrived to find another 30 minutes tacked on. Dropped off my family and returned again to another 29 minutes tacked on to the wait. Only reason it's a 1 star is because it won't let me select 0

Very disappointed, we get there and we were told that we had a 15 min wait. The board indicated that we were next but we had to wait an additional 25 mins before my boys got their haircuts. The first child she rushed through. The second child again she rushed through then when it was time to pay after giving her a $10 tip she proceeded to add more fees she charged me $10 for having to comb my child's hair. He is 11 so I expected to pay the $23 She the told me she gave him the double MVP and charged me $31 saying she did extra stuff while shampooing his hair yet she never came and talked to me about doing anything for extra. At the end of it all I spent $67 for horrible haircuts and neglectful service. Will never go back to this store again. Very bad experience.

Lawanda gave me the most cleanest, sharpest lining I have ever had. I usually go to a barbershop but today I figured I’d switch things up, and boy was I pleased. Amazed at her skills and how fast she got the service done noting I had other engagements to attend, Lawanda made sure I was offered the high quality service Sport Clips had to offer. I’m very pleased and will refer a friends and family to this business. Thank you!!
